We provide customized education and training based on the demand of local companies and industries as well as revitalize the participation of vulnerable groups such as the middle-aged and women with career interruptions to resolve the workforce shortage and increase the employment rate of SMEs.

 

Support Industrial Skills Council

ndustrial Skills Council(ISC) is council of industry associations and organizations, companies and labor groups who came together to establish core standards of HRD, HRM and utilization, and to resolve workforce mismatch.

 

Industry-led Training for the Youth

Under this program, industry associations and organizations, industrial joint training centers, and companies form a consortium to provide training for young workers and prospective employees, with an aim to resolve workforce mismatch issues.
